1. Set up a green team

Make environmental sustainability a standing agenda item, and give staff members responsibility for updating the team on progress. Engage your board with the importance of environmental action - report back to them on your progress and achievements.

2. Green your office

If you're based in a building, minimize your energy use by turning off lights and equipment when not in use. Encourage recycling by providing plenty of recycling bins clearly marked with what people can recycle.
