The Power Behind Festivals Guide is designed to help festival promoters, production managers, and power suppliers better understand energy usage on site, in order to improve efficiencies and increase the use of renewable power at festivals.

It provides detailed top tips, case studies and a glossary of useful terms, as well as details of how festivals and power suppliers can reduce their fuel use by at least 10% through efficient site planning and alternative energy sources.

The Powerful Thinking Campaign aims to raise awareness of and develop the market for renewable power in the festival sector. It is run by the Green Festival Alliance, and more information can be found here.
