McGuinness Forwarding Ltd
McGuinness Forwarding Ltd worked on Radiohead’s most recent eco-friendly tour for which they purchased Euro 5 vehicles using the Ad-Blu additive. This additive reduces and minimises harmful emissions in the fuel used, which they felt was a better option than using biofuels for the tour’s specifics. Each of these Euro 5 trucks has it’s own independent air conditioning unit, which runs off a trickle charge from the battery – this means that it is no longer required to keep the engine idling, reducing further carbon emissions.
