Julie’s Bicycle has been commissioned by On The Move to create a guide for the environmentally sustainable movement of performing arts and artists in Europe. Building on the work we have already done on sustainable touring in our Moving Arts reports on bands, orchestras and theatre, this guide will focus on providing practical recommendations to inspire action toward environmentally responsible artist mobility across Europe.
This upcoming Guide will profile the current attitudes and practices of European performing arts touring companies/artists/shows and venues, and we would love to hear contributions from you to compile these case studies.
